Environmental Justice 101: Campaign Building (Middle)

In this lesson, students will be introduced to campaigns. They will gain an understanding of how campaigns are a tool to create change, and will be given the opportunity to propose an environmental justice campaign for a local issue area of their choosing. Students will work in groups based on certain interest areas, where they will research their issue, create a proposal, create campaign artwork, and finally, present to their classmates.
