Environmental Justice 101: Place Making & Food Justice Grounding

In this lesson, we start with a grounding session for students to develop emotional intelligence, internal awareness skills, and establish a communal space for learning. They will then put these skills to practice while engaging in preliminary conversations defining key terms related to environmental justice and food justice.
