Environmental Justice 101: The Food Waste Cycle

From fork to farm, students will learn about the entire cycle of how their food arrived on their plate and all the actors involved. They will also learn about the difference between food waste and food loss that occurs along the supply chain, and be exposed to alternatives that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
