Food Justice 101: Food Waste and Landfills (Science)

In this lesson, we examine the food system and food waste. From farm to fork, students will learn about the entire cycle of how their food arrived on their plate and all the actors involved. They will also learn about the difference between food waste and food loss that occurs along the supply chain.
