Food Justice 101: Native Foods

In this lesson, students will be introduced to Native foods to the land they live on as well as Native foods around the world. They will interact with mixed media by and/or featuring Native chefs to deepen their understanding of Native foods as well as Indigenous peoples connections to their foods and lands.
