Environmental Justice 101: Place Making & The Building Blocks of Food Justice

In this lesson, we start with a grounding session for students to develop emotional intelligence and establish a communal space for learning. They will then put these skills to practice while engaging in preliminary conversations defining key terms related to environmental justice and food justice.
