Abolition

In this lesson, we are learning about abolition - the act of putting an end to systems, practices, or institutions. Students will be learning about the abolition principles, prison Industrial Complex, history of policing, reform, and transformative justice. Students will be participating in groups discussion, writing activities and provided with additional resources and programs to be more familiarized with the topic.
